Refund and Returns Policy

At Easelab, we are committed to providing high-quality medical and laboratory equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The product must be in the same condition as received and include all original accessories/manuals

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged after delivery or due to misuse

• Opened or used lab consumables or chemicals

• Customized or special-order items

• Products sold under clearance or marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at easelab.india@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement. If the return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at easelab.india@gmail.com.
