Probe Sonicator

This Easelab device is an ultrasonic probe sonicator where electrical energy is converted into mechanical vibrations to produce ultrasonic energy. This analytical sonicator is an ideal device for rapid chemical and or physicochemical reactions, for water degassing and sample cleaning, and also i.e., removing all impurities and foreign bodies dissolved in cleaning water. This device has various main features, for example, there is a soundproof enclosure that reduces cavity noise, microprocessor controlled and programmable, digital LCD with a timing system, temperature indicator, autotuning for optimum efficiency, adjustable power output control, and adjustable output amplitude. An ultrasonic electronic generator converts AC line power into high-frequency power producing a piezoelectric transducer/converter. Intrinsic piezoelectric crystal properties convert an electrical signal into mechanical vibration. The vibration is amplified and propagated down the length of the probe embedded in the sample of interest. The ultrasonic wave cell pulverizer PKS – -250 (PCI Analytics) uses microcontroller control technology and phase-locked loop frequency automatic monitoring.
